# Paramount's third Sonic film gets a PG rating in the United States

It's now official - Paramount's *Sonic the Hedgehog 3* will be rated PG in domestic theatrical markets, the MPA announced late Tuesday.

Expect "action, some violence, rude humour, thematic elements, and mild language."

- The "thematic elements" is the only new descriptor assigned to the upcoming film. All other descriptors remain unchanged from the previous two films.
