SEGA has announced the Sonic the Hedgehog 3 Movie Pack, a new DLC for Sonic x Shadow Generations, for release later today, Thursday 12 December 2024.

Why it matters: This DLC ties into the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog 3 movie, with Shadow the Hedgehog (voiced by Keanu Reeves) taking centre stage in a new level set in Shibuya, Japan.

How it works: The new level can be accessed from the White Space in the game.

  • The pack is available for players who own the Digital Deluxe Edition, or purchased the Digital Deluxe Upgrade.
  • It's supported across all major PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo platforms; and PC through Steam.
