# SEGA to pull dozens of classic games from digital platforms on 6 December 2024

A range of classic games, including multiple Sonic the Hedgehog titles, will be removed from digital storefronts by early December, SEGA announced in a [support page](https://support.sega.com/hc/en-us/articles/29776767664145-SEGA-Classics-FAQ?ref=news.tailschannel.com) late Tuesday.

- Steam, Xbox, the Nintendo eShop, and the PlayStation Store are all affected by this large-scale delisting.

- Players who already purchased these games will retain access, but SEGA's support page advises fans to buy any classics they want to keep before they're gone.
