*Sonic Forces: Speed Battle* has released its v5.1.0 patch, addressing several key bugs that were impacting gameplay.

**Why it matters:** The fixes resolve issues affecting characters' abilities, animations, and item collection, ensuring a smoother experience for players.

## What's fixed?

- **Detective Vector** now runs correctly on half pipes.
- **Fortune Teller Amy**'s Wall of Cards now correctly steals rings when rivals hit a "hero" card.
- **Idol Shadow** can move immediately after using the Chaos Chord ability.
- Missing meteor visual effects for **Pyromancer Blaze**'s Seeking Flame ability have been restored.

- "Fixed an issue where players frozen in ice would remain frozen after hitting an obstacle."
- "Fixed an issue where using targetted attacks while racing alone would lock out the item slot from picking up more items."
