It was announced early today that Sonic Rumble would begin a pre-launch phase ahead of the global launch, with the Philippines being the first country as part of the phase beginning on August 20th at 4AM EDT.

This will be followed by Peru, Colombia, and additional countries in the second phase, and more countries in the third phase of the first pre-launch.
A second pre-launch is slated for sometime in the fall, in addition to pre-registration for the global launch of the game slated for this winter.
